Trump raps Iran as violating 'spirit' of nuclear deal

He criticized USA financial regulators that create obstacles for business projects as the country's business and state structures "have some suspicions that these projects and this work may be related to the Iran nuclear program".

He pointed to sections that require USA government officials to "make every effort to support the successful implementation of this JCPOA including in their public statements" and to refrain from any policy meant to "adversely affect the normalisation of trade and economic relations with Iran".

- The U.S.is committed to a strong Europe, though he didn't say directly whether he prefers that the European Union stay intact.

His comments came after Trump claimed on Thursday that Iran is "not living up to the spirit" of JCPOA, just two days after his administration reported that Iran was complying with the requirements laid out in the accord. But the USA must decide next month whether to renew a waiver so that Iran can continue receiving sanctions relief.

"That in no way mitigates against or excuses the other Iranian activities in the region including the war in Yemen that grinds on and what they're doing in Syria" to keep President Bashar Assad in power", he said. The deal was approved at the level of the UN Security Council, therefore, Trump has to convince, at least, China and Russian Federation to review the deal.

The current position of the United States could have really influenced the alignment of forces during the election campaign in Iran. The whole crisis of Iran's intransigence on its nuclear program is strongly associated with his name.

Nintendo developing SNES mini
Sources within Nintendo have confirmed to EuroGamer that the company is set to release the SNES Classic Edition in late 2017. Nintendo has been in the news a lot lately for its rather wacky decision to cancel the popular NES Classic Edition.

"They are not living up to the spirit of the agreement, I can tell you that", Trump said of the Iranians on Thursday, though he did not mention any specific violations. And then we saw what was said did not materialize.

IT was in 2015 that Obama Administration and other world powers signed a landmark comprehensive plan of action with Iran aimed at restricting nuclear fuel enrichment of Tehran for ten years in exchange for lifting and easing of crippling economic sanctions against Iran.

Trump has always been a critic of the agreement, repeatedly taking aim at its terms and the negotiation process as one of the worst he's ever seen - a claim he repeated on Thursday.

Iran and the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council - the United States, France, Britain, Russia and China plus Germany - signed the JCPOA on July 14, 2015 and started implementing it on January 16, 2016.

The Trump administration has ordered a review of the Iran nuclear deal and the related sanctions that were lifted as part of the agreement.

Shortly after taking office, Trump put Iran "on notice" and slapped new sanctions on the country for its ballistic missile program.
