'Blade Runner 2049' gets two new posters

Blade Runner 2049 is still several months away, but the marketing campaign is starting the slow rollout of materials. A new teaser has given a a fresh look of the world where replicants are running amok, and the footage feels like a punch.

In the meantime, a couple of rather nifty posters have been released, featuring the return of Harrison Ford as Deckard, and Ryan Gosling as LAPD Officer K. Take a look at them below.

Also in the trailer, LAPD Officer K's (Ryan Gosling) face is left bloody as he holds a gun. But it's still the Blade Runner universe'. Truthfully, I've found all of that in Villenuve's film with everything I've seen.

With Ford's Deckard reportedly missing for decades, Gosling's K is on a race against the clock to find him. Might we be getting a new trailer by then?

"BladeRunner2049" stars Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford, Robin Wright, Mackenzie Davis, Dave Bautista and Jared Leto and is set for release in Irish cinemas on October 6th. Equally important to the cast, Denis Villenuve is directing the film based on Hampton Fancher and Michael Green's screenplay.

Yesterday two posters for Blade Runner 2049 dropped, showing off two very different tones for the film.
