Scott and Chloe were caught kissing and getting quite handsy in a pool. "Scott will do anything to sabotage Kourtney's relationship, including showing up wherever Kourtney and Younes are hanging out together", the insider shared. Later on in the day, they were both seen at the airport in Nice where they hopped in the same auto after touching down in France.

"Kourtney is having fun and he makes her happy", a source close to the pair told People. It's immature, but that's Scott.' they added. Their romance "will probably never turn into more than a fling..."
