Amal's mother Baria, reached in London, where she was in hospital with her daughter, said everyone was doing well. "I'm constantly amazed by her. George certainly married up".

"Amal, who is Super Woman, she is just fantastic", Nick shared in a FOX19 NOW phone interview.

He continued, "I'm supposed to be a reporter, therefore observant, but I really don't know how to describe one lovely baby from another attractive baby".

GEORGE Clooney's dad has hailed the Hollywood star's new twin babies "beautiful" and gushed he will be a "wonderful" dad. "They are ideal", he said.

George married Amal, a 39-year-old worldwide human rights lawyer, in 2014 after decades of being famously single.

"[George] will be hands-on entirely and he will do it with humor and with joy", he noted.

Speaking to FOX 19 NOW, Nick Clooney didn't hold back when he talked about George and Amal Clooney's twins, but also referred to Ella and Alexander's mom, human rights lawyer Amal, as a "super woman" and an "amazing" person.

The twins were born in London on Tuesday morning, George's publicist reported, 3 years after George and Amal tied the knot at the wedding to die for in Venice, 2014.

Their spokesperson confirmed the news in a statement which poked fun at the A-list actor: "This morning Amal and George welcomed Ella and Alexander Clooney into their lives".
