Nashville Predators left wing Colin Wilson skates a drill during practice Sunday, June 4, 2017, in Nashville, Tenn.

He's 9-1 in this year's playoffs at Bridgestone Arena, ceding just 15 goals and often standing on his head with spectacular saves like the ones he made in Game 4 that led Nashville to a 4-1 victory.

Nashville's Rinne was pulled after only 20 minutes, meanwhile, in another shaky outing in Pittsburgh - one that saw him surrender three goals on only nine shots.

Country music superstar Luke Bryan will open the TV broadcast of Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final on Sunday at 7 p.m. with a special performance from the rooftop of Tootsie's World Famous Orchid Lounge. It can't be good news for the Predators that Phil Kessel (one goal, three points), Evgeni Malkin (one goal, two points) and Sidney Crosby (three assists) hit stride simultaneously and emphatically. Nashville was going to go into the locker room only down 2-0.

The success of home teams in this series also favours the Predators ahead of Game 6. Pittsburgh LW Jake Guentzel's second-period assist gave him 21 points, setting an National Hockey League record for rookies.

"You got to go out and know you have to earn the next one", forward Chris Kunitz said of the Penguins bouncing back on Thursday.

That remains true in the Cup Final.

Offensive to drive ISIS from Raqqa 'capital' in Syria begins
It follows months of advances to the north, east and west of Raqqa by the SDF, which includes Arabs and PYD terrorists. Two of the government's three routes to Deir el-Zour intersect with rebel and Kurdish forces supported by the U.S.

Nashville's Frederick Gaudreau continued his brilliant series by scoring the decisive goal for the second straight contest, joining fellow rookie Jake Guentzel of Pittsburgh by accounting for all four-game winning goals in the Stanley Cup Final. Rinne is looking to post his first win in Pittsburgh... not just in this series... in his career. He allowed 11 goals in six games against the St. Louis Blues and 14 goals in six games against the Anaheim Ducks.

While Sidney Crosby says the "desperation level" will ramp up, Sullivan was quick to point out the term doesn't mean what you think it means. Losing the two previous games in Nashville gave them something to think about on the trip home.

The opening faceoff was delayed a few seconds after someone threw a catfish onto the ice - a Predators thing. The Predators are backed into a corner, but they'll be at home, where they're 9-1 in the playoffs. "It's a do-or-die game for us", said Yannick Weber.

"I don't know what he was doing ... he was doing some kind of UFC move on my foot". Charged with slowing the Pens' elite forwards in the championship series, he enters the tail end of the Final averaging a team-leading 26 minutes of action and has logged four points in five games against Pittsburgh.

Evgeni Malkins says: "Believe me, they're exhausted too". In addition to the deafening crowd that seems to act as an extra skater, wearing the gold uniforms gives the Predators the final change. "So, I think being with him that he's always had the motivation to be - maybe the best-working hockey player out there, somebody who's going out there to drive your team in any way, in every facet that he can".

NOTES: Nashville D Ryan Ellis left in the second period with an undisclosed injury and did not return. The two-time MVP ended up on top of a stickless Subban and attempted to get up only to have Subban refuse to let go of Crosby's right leg. "There's no more motivation than that, and we want it".
