Pam Bondi really doesn't want OJ Simpson to serve parole in Florida

Simpson, who is now serving a nine-to-33-year sentence in state prison as a result of his October 2008 conviction for armed robbery and kidnapping charges, is using a writ of habeas corpus to seek a new trial, claiming he had such bad representation that his conviction should be reversed.

Early Sunday morning, the Nevada Department of Corrections released O.J. Simpson from the Lovelock Correctional Center. But Florida prison officials said documents weren't filed, and the state attorney general says she doesn't want Simpson to live in the state. They would require he report to a parole office in person - not through mail - that he wear a monitoring bracelet, that he undergo frequent drug testing, and that his travel be restricted.

Famous football player, O.J. Simpson, was released from the Love Lock Correctional on Sunday after becoming eligible for parole. LaVergne says Simpson wants to see his family and enjoy "the very simple pleasures" of life, including eating seafood and steak and getting a new iPhone.

Simpson was granted parole at a hearing in July and his earliest release date was set for October 1.

Though Florida's attorney general has urged the department to object to Simpson's return, the department previously has said it would be required to accept a transfer if the request met certain criteria.

However, a source close to the Raees actress denies it and says she got the mark after a cyst surgery earlier this year. Every woman has the right to make her own choices in life (as long as she is not hurting anyone) just as we men do.

Moreover, if Simpson seeks to leave Nevada, the Division of Parole and Probation will require him a written permission. The trial involving OJ Simpson at the time was known around the world. "F- her", Malcolm LaVergne said about Pam Bondi on Monday in an interview with The Tampa Bay Times.

Simpson told the parole board that he led a "conflict-free life", an assertion that angered many who believe he got away with killing his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman, in Los Angeles in 1994. Keast said she had no information about where he was going. Two: "I'm in a auto for the last five hours so how do I know how it feels to be out", replied Simpson.

Simpson played football in his youth for the University of Southern California, then went on to play in the NFL from 1969 to 1979. Simpson's trial was dubbed as "Trial of the Century" as it gathered worldwide attention.

Attorney David Cook, who represents the father of Ron Goldman, told CNN the $33.5 million Simpson was ordered to pay the victims' families had since ballooned to almost $70 million with interest.
