The lawmaker added that North Korea has to defend itself and develop its nuclear program because the country's existence is at stake due to hostile actions taken by the United States.

Is North Korea of threatening of Nuclear War in Korean Peninsula?

Not for the first time in recent weeks, there's been another chilling warning from North Korea.

"Unless the hostile policy and the nuclear threat of the United States is thoroughly eradicated, we will never put our nuclear weapons and ballistic rockets on the negotiation table under any circumstance", Kim In Ryong told UN General Assembly's committee on disarmament.

Canada and Mexico will reportedly reject America's demands on NAFTA
Canadian and Mexican officials have privately panned the so-called sunset provision, as has the U.S. Mexico will host the fifth round of talks in November, and additional talks will be held next year.

North Korea's deputy United Nations ambassador warned on Monday that the situation on the peninsula "has reached the touch-and-go point and a nuclear war may break out any moment".

The new sanctions are the latest in a series of worldwide efforts to further tighten the screws on North Korea to try to pressure Pyongyang into abandoning its nuclear and missile programs. Of course, North Korea has carried out numerous missile tests, and they recently successfully tested a hydrogen bomb warhead. "We must, however, with our allies, Japan and South Korea and elsewhere, be prepared for the worst should diplomacy fail", he said.

"Our country is being threatened, the very existence of the DPRK is at stake", he said, referring to statements by President Donald Trump at the UN General Assembly.

North Korea's diplomat to the United Nation's told reporters on September 25 that Trump's tweet is a "declaration of war", which the administration has denied. As reported by the Daily Express, European Union leaders have this weekend made clear that they believe that diplomacy and economic pressure is the only way to deal with North Korea and avoid World War 3.
