Calling the U.S.' latest move a "serious provocation and violent infringement", North Korea has slammed Trump administration's decision of relisting the country as a state sponsor of terror.

Experts say the US decision to put North Korea back on its terrorism blacklist will have limited practical effects, but may make a diplomatic solution of the nuclear standoff more hard. US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said during his recent trip to Asia that the US and China were seeing "clear signs" that sanctions are creating "some stress" for North Korea's economy, citizens and even military.

North Korea condemned its United States terror listing as a "serious provocation" on Wednesday, warning that sanctions would never force it to abandon its nuclear weapons programme.

The Republican president, who has traded personal insults with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un but has not ruled out talks, said the Treasury Department will announce additional sanctions against North Korea on Tuesday. Trump said that the terror designation and new sanctions would be part of a series of moves over the next two weeks to reinforce his "maximum pressure campaign" against Kim Jong-Un's regime.

Air China Ltd. has suspended flights from Beijing to North Korea's capital due to weak demand, a company representative told Caixin on Thursday.

These and other sanctions will surely give North Korea a hard time.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will appear as characters in Injustice 2
The fighting game is also finally heading for PC next week , and hopefully, the new characters won't be delayed on the platform. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment today officially announced the details for Fighter Pack 3 for Injustice 2 .

The latest USA sanctions still leave open the question of how far Trump is willing to go to bring North Korea to the table.

China has been pushing what it calls a "freeze for freeze" agreement that would halt US and South Korean large-scale military drills in return for North Korea suspending its testing and nuclear program.

Despite being shot five times and suffering from infections and parasites, the soldier survived after getting medical treatment in South Korea.

Trump's decision comes amid heightened nuclear tensions on the Korean peninsula.

"That's based on the assumption that the likelihood or the probability of returning to dialogue was high or the two sides were going to meet or there was going to be some diplomatic process that was going to be initiated", Pinkston said, "and that possibly North Korea would bargain in good faith to fulfill its previous non-proliferation commitments and work towards denuclearization, but I think that's unlikely", he said.

"It has become nearly a cliché in policy circles to state that North Korea is a rational, strategic actor".
