Federal prosecutors are asking a court to confiscate millions of dollars worth of assets belonging to former pharmaceutical executive Martin Shkreli, including a Wu-Tang Clan album.

In a list of assets that hope to seize, the prosecution are also seeking a Picasso painting that Shkreli owns, his WWII Enigma machine and his interest in Turing Pharmaceuticals, the pharmaceutical company he founded. The LP has now been certified by the Guinness Book of World Records as the most expensive album in existence.

In an effort to sell their album as "a piece of art" rather than just simply releasing the music, Shkreli's purchase of the exclusive and unheard work caused, to quote Wu-Tang Clan, "a motherfucking ruckus" amongst jealous audiophiles and pretty much anyone who knows the repugnant back-story behind Shkreli's insane wealth.

"We will vigorously oppose the government motion", Shkreli's lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, has said in response. Our position is clear.

Chip Kelly Finalizing Deal With UCLA To Be Next Head Coach
He went 46-7 in four seasons at OR from 2009-2012 before leaving for the National Football League with the Philadelphia Eagles . UCLA fired Jim Mora after the Bruins lost to crosstown rival USC in their last away game of the season.

In a "conservative computation of the proceeds Shkreli personally obtained as a result of his three different securities fraud crimes of conviction", the recommendation calls for three forfeitures for Shkreli, in amounts pf $2,998,000, $3,403,450 and $960,000 respectively for three different counts of securities fraud. "Accordingly, forfeiture of any assets is not an appropriate remedy".

The FADER has reached out to representatives for Wu-Tang Clan and Lil Wayne for comment.

"I tried to tell Martin that would be the smartest thing to do with it", he said. I thought that would be the most attractive thing that could happen to it.

Shkreli is now serving out jail time in the Metropolitan Detention Center, Brooklyn until January 16, 2018 when his ultimate sentence will be determined.
