Land Rover may be known for its luxury off-road SUVs, but today it's teasing a whole different thing in the shape of the new Range Rover SV Coupe.

As not much is revealed about this two-door Range Rover, the price, as per AutoExpress, is expected to command a hefty premium over the current range, topping Range Rover SV Autobiography Long Wheelbase, with a tag pushing £250,000 envelope.

What will it look like on the outside? The limited-edition vehicle also pays homage to Land Rover's 70 anniversary this year.

Back last July we drove the prototype of the Range Rover from 1969, which was badged Velar at the time, because it was best name that engineers could think of that used the Land Rover letters that were available in the parts bin. It will be delivered with " supremely refined interior, stunning to the eye, sumptuous to the touch.

The blaze erupted at Eurostars David Hotel yards away from the Vltava River and near the Czech capital's National Theatre. Prague mayor Adriana Krnacova, who was at the scene, expressed condolences for relatives of the victims.

John Edwards, Managing Director for Special Vehicle Operations added, "Land Rover created the luxury SUV sector with Range Rover nearly 50 years ago". It will be hand-assembled at the SV Technical Centre in Ryton-on-Dunsmore, Warwickshire, and production will be limited to no more than 999 vehicles worldwide. Land Rover chief design officer Gerry McGovern has set the bar high with his description.

As you can see from this image, however, the Range Rover SV Coupe features an opulent interior with four plush individual seats - trimmed with white leather up front and black leather at the rear - accessed via a pair of extended front doors.

All the details of the new anniversary version of the Coupe will be made public on March 6, when the world premiere will take place.

Land Rover will probably start selling the Coupe by the end of this year, promising to offer its customers "an alluring combination of peerless luxury and rarity".
