The British royal family attended a ceremony at Westminster Abbey in London today to mark Commonwealth Day, celebrating the values and cultural contributions of the institution's 53 members.

Of course the duchess of Cambridge has had a busy week, since she made many public appearances, but a part of the audience question anyway: is it really close to Meghan Markle?

"She is already effectively being treated as a full-blown member of the royal family, even if she hasn't married Prince Harry yet", Roya Nikkhah, royal correspondent for The Sunday Times, told NBC News.
