"The attack apparently affected 200,000 router switches across the world in a widespread attack, including 3,500 switches in our country", the Communication and Information Technology Ministry said in a statement carried by Iran's official news agency IRNA.

Seven Iranian military personnel were killed in Sunday's air strike on a Syrian air base, Tasnim news agency said, nearly double the number originally reported.

The Syrian conflict began when the Baath regime, in power since 1963 and led by Assad, responded with military force to peaceful protests demanding democratic reforms during the Arab Spring wave of uprisings, triggering an armed rebellion fuelled by mass defections from the Syrian army.

Syria and Russian Federation on Monday accused Israel of bombing a Syrian regime airbase by using its warplanes.

The US denial followed a report by Syrian state television of loud explosions heard near the T-4 airfield in the Syrian city of Homs.

He ran a thoroughly disingenuous campaign , claiming, against all evidence, to be free of ideological or partisan leanings. Screnock has attacked Dallet for all the national attention she's getting, saying it doesn't reflect Wisconsin values.

Russian Federation termed the overnight strike against the T-4 airbase as a "dangerous provocation", while denying that its ally and client carried out the deadly chemical weapons attack. The ministry said the attack left a number of Syrian citizens dead or wounded.

He also said that a strike on a Syrian airbase, that Damascus and Moscow have blamed on Israel, was a "very unsafe development". Europe's E3, the UK, Germany and France-which have the three biggest economies in the EU-have been working on ways of persuading Trump to stay in the accord but with the United States president's recent appointing of more hardline representatives to his administration hopes that their efforts can succeed have receded. After the American denial, news outlets affiliated with the Syrian government reported that Israel was behind the attack.

China said that it supports an investigation into a suspected chemical attack on the Syrian rebel-held town of Douma that has provoked global outrage.

US government sources said Washington's assessment of the Saturday attack was that chemical weapons were used.

Salehi said throughout the negotiation of the nuclear deal, Iran considered several scenarios; including the possibility the other parties violate the deal.
