In the Phoenix area for her upcoming concert on Tuesday, Taylor Swift made a surprise visit to a Valley girl in the hospital with devastating burns.

After visiting and taking photos with McCune, her brother Zachary and the nurses in the room, Swift took time to sign the fans journal with a sweet message.

"Isabella has to go through painful, horrific dressing changes", she said to People Magazine in a phone interview. 'We have so much respect for them and how they raised her'.

Just days after the request was made, Swift turned up at the hospital clad in a yellow hospital gown and surprised her fan. "So they turn on the music for her".

So, she recorded a video from her hospital bed, asking the pop superstar to pay her a visit. "So maybe that can happen", Isabella said in the video.
