San Antonio is believed not to have interest in trading for Lonzo Ball, the Washington Post reported, complicating the Lakers' efforts to get disgruntled star Kawhi Leonard in purple and gold.

On its social media pages, the Spurs shared, "Happy Birthday, Kawhi #GoSpursGo".

Leonard, meanwhile, is set to hit free agency next year, at which point there's no guarantee that he'll stay with the team that trades for him. The Spurs are reportedly ready to deal Leonard, and now it's a matter of finding the most attractive package.

Sara Netanyahu, Israeli Prime Minister's Wife, Is Charged With Fraud
Israeli police recommended in February that Benjamin Netanyahu face charges for accepting US$300,000 ($436,000) worth of bribes. Israeli Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit first brought the case against Sara Netanyahu to court in September.

At this point, given the likelihood that the San Antonio Spurs move Kawhi Leonard, one would think the relationship between the two sides is beyond fix. It has always been expected that Brown would have to be the centerpiece of any Boston package for Leonard, along with next year's Sacramento pick. Yes, they'll "kick the tires" and contact LeBron, but it's more likely the unrestricted free agent is headed to the Los Angeles Lakers or returning to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Is the aforementioned package enough to attract the Spurs? Whether or not they play out is one thing, but to say players don't at least engage each other on the subject is another. Destinations for Kawhi Leonard and Paul George are up in the air, not to mention LeBron James.

It was reported Friday that James has informed the Cleveland Cavaliers he won't opt in for the final year of his contract with the team. It has been a very long time since the Nets have had that to look forward to and Leonard should not be included yet. To go along with their two max contract spots, Brooklyn is expected to have a lottery pick in the 2019 NBA Draft. But there have been a few National Basketball Association rumors and predictions hinting at possible new destinations for the New Orleans Pelicans big man, and even with his recent ACL injury in mind, a number of teams appear to be interested in acquiring his services.
